Gas Price Relief is Here. Water for Gas Anyone?

Monday, October 13th, 2008 Matthew Loop

The insanely high gas prices have absolutely gotten out of hand lately, wouldn’t you agree? Gas across the nation is starting to reach almost $4.50 a gallon, and the price of gas does not appear to be slipping any time in the foreseeable future.

Those that were hoping for a new type of alternative energy had looked towards hydrogen as one possible solution, but it was quickly found that hydrogen itself was unrealistic, as it was difficult to create, possibly dangerous (explosive) and not at all welcomed by car manufacturers. Yet there is a way to utilize hydrogen power that has recently been sweeping the nation as a way to increase the MPG rating of your car and ultimately save more money.

While hydrogen itself may be difficult to harness, hydrogen is still a useful way to help power your engine. A fuel that uses hydrogen, known as HHO gas, can actually increase the MPG rating of your car, but HHO gas is not created in a lab - it is created using every day H2O.

By hooking a homemade electrolyzer up to your engine, you can extract little hydrogen particles from standard tap water. These particles are then moved to your engine, which work with gasoline to help fuel your car in tandem. With HHO gas, you are improving your car’s MPG rating by up to 300%, because your car is now using two forms of energy instead of one to power its engine.

The best part about HHO gas is that after it has been used it converts back to water. Thus you are not only significantly increasing your MPG rating, you are also doing less harm to the environment.

Eventually - when more research money is provided to those that are testing the uses for HHO technology, we can achieve a car that runs solely on water. These engine supplements are already working incredibly effectively with the little research they have received, and the results for a water powered car look hopeful.

Still, HHO helps provide hope that a new alternative energy source is in the works, even if it is one that appears to currently be ignored by both the government and the oil companies. The ability to use standard H2O to power cars is something that will be a substantial benefit for the country once we have all learned how to implement it. Its uses go beyond just improving our cars - eventually it will be able to be harnessed for other uses, such as trains and plains, and allow us to save thousands of dollars as well as prevent harm to the environment.

While it may be decades or more before car companies accept HHO gas as a viable source of energy to power their cars, it can still be used to help improve the gas mileage of your cars and save you from the high gas prices you experience every day. Someday your car may be made to run on water, but until that day, HHO gas supplements are one of the best ways to save money at the pump.
