What is the cancellation line and how does it work?
If a show is sold-out, a very limited number of day-of-performance tickets may get released for sale (at the box office only) right before show time. To purchase released tickets you must stand in the cancellation line at the box office on the day-of-performance only. Standing in the cancellation line does not guarantee a ticket. The number of tickets available varies per show and are available on a first-come first-served base in the cancellation line.The Broward Center, in partnership with the Fort Lauderdale Broadway Series, is pleased to offer our patrons with hearing difficulties the wonder of live Opened Captioned Performances of touring Broadway shows. These special shows take place during the second Saturday matinee performance of each Broadway touring show. We place a hold on certain seats for our patrons requiring access to the captioning board. These seats are available through our Call Center or the Box Office.We recommend Federal Express shipping if you want to have your tickets in hand before attending your show. We offer FedEx Overnight as well as 2-Day and 3-Day FedEx for an additional fee.
Is the show appropriate for my 5-year old?
Recommended for ages 8 & up (some parts may be scary and/or long for young children). Please, no children under 4.We often have a special inventory of seats for the exclusive use of our hotel clients.
Are there lower price tickets available?
Yes. There are a limited number of $55 partial-view side-orchestra tickets that can be purchased in advance at the box office, online at and over the phone - 212.307.4100. In these seats, you will miss some of the scenic elements at the back or side of the stage; however none of the primary action or story telling of the show will be missed.Of course! Our Broadway Classroom program is a spectacular series of interactive workshops designed to enhance your group’s Broadway experience. Simply p urchase a group of tickets to one of our partner shows and then choose from eight different workshops.

We are in no way associated with or authorized by the Gershwin Theater and neither that entity nor any of its affiliates have licensed or endorsed us to sell tickets, goods and or services in conjunction with their events.We are happy to ship your group tickets via Federal Express for a $5 mailing fee, provided there is enough time before your performance date. FedEx cannot deliver to a P.O. Box and a phone number is required.
What is the lottery & how does it work?
There are a limited number of $25 front row seats available for each performance. Limit 2 tickets per person, cash only. Names will be collected 2 hrs prior to each performance and drawn 2 hrs prior to each performance. Winners must be present (with photo ID) when their names are called, or they forfeit their tickets.The StubHub Affiliate Network allows you to offer the best sports tickets, concert tickets, theater tickets and Broadway tickets to your users.
