Enter your last name and password for up-to-the-minute information about your order status and shipment information. If you have received one box that has a packing list that shows other items shipped separately, please wait one to two days as many shipments do become separated and arrive at different times.You know when you order something online or from a catalogue, and you can’t touch it or see it, and it arrives, and it turns out to be even better than you had thought? That’s the feeling that we hope you have when you receive your order. But if isn’t what you had thought it would be, please let us know. You can return it.
What happens when I place an order then?
The online order form that you’ll find on each of the party theme pages is a very basic online form. It comes directly to us, and doesn’t go to anyone else. All of the information that has been sent - the items that have been selected, the shipping address, the party date, the shipping method, and whether payment has been included - is checked over.ShindigZ has always taken pride in providing the very best service for the best possible price, and our shipping is no exception.
When will I get my order?
You will receive in-stock items approximately 5 to 7 business days after placing your order. Custom imprinted production times vary depending on the product. Please see the item description for more detailed information, check our shipping schedule, or e-mail us at Customer Service.
How long will it take to receive my order?
One of the most important pieces of information that we ask for on the order form is your party date. We need to know how soon you’ll be needing your order, especially if you’ll be sending out invitations.

What if something I order is out of stock?
We try very hard not to let that happen, but sometimes we sell out of something quicker than our suppliers can ship more to us. That’s especially true with a new release. If you’ve ordered an item that’s out of stock, we’ll let you know right away. If it’s something that we currently have on order or can order for you, we’ll check to be sure that it’s available, and that it will be here in time to ship for your party (there are no additional shipping charges on backordered items).ShindigZ offers more than 22,000 products, so there will be instances where we are temporarily out of an item.
